FFF: Memories

Every year on Memorial Day we head to Greg's hometown to watch the Memorial Day Parade that Greg's dad walks in as a veteran. I'm pretty sure we made it every year that we've been together, but now we get to enjoy it with the kiddos. I really enjoyed seeing the changes in my babies. Toby just gets bigger, but the change in Liliana from last year to this year is dramatic let me tell you. I can't believe she is going to be 2 in less than 2 weeks. Enjoy....

Bad Blogger

So sorry that I haven't posted this week. I've just been lazy about it. I had to upload and edit all the photos and I just didn't really feel like doing so. There you have it. I saved some of the pictures from our weekend for tomorrow's post so these are not all of them.

FFF

Last friday we had Greg's parents over for dinner and the kids we're SO excited. The kiddos used to be really shy around Grandma and Grandpa but now they jump up and down when they see them. Here's the kiddos right before bed with their grandparents.... Toby and Grandpa...I got a great picture with grandpa's camera but Toby closed his eyes when it was my turn.

Last Friday we went to visit Daddy at work, ate some delicious chinese at LuLu's Noodles and went to the Children's Festival....here's the pics: I surprised him. He was working so hard to get the dumpling on the spoon.

They had lots of fun but by the time we waited for the Merry go Round we didn't have too much time left for the other things. We were able to do the two crafts and go to the petting zoo..the kids thought those things were grand so I guess it was a success. I still have some more pics from last week to post but the weather is GORGEOUS and we are spending our time outside.

My Day

I had a really nice day yesterday. Greg let me sleep in and he made me and the kids breakfast. Then I got my presents...a handmade card and the gift of a massage from the kids and an MP3 player from Greg. After that I got to just lounge around for alittle then we packed up and drove to Pittsburgh. The plan was to go to LuLu's Noodles to eat lunch, hangout at a park and visit Greg's uncle in the hospital. When we got out at LuLu's Toby was soaked. He had passed out so hard on the way there he had no control...That never happens anymore so I didn't have any spare clothes. We spent the next hour driving around the Oakland/Shadyside area looking for a place to buy some pants that wasn't a boutique. So LuLu's got scratched but I did get a lovely tour and I got to see the inside of a Trader Joe's. We also made it to see Greg's uncle. Then it was dinner with the fam and a banishment to the attic to go through a bunch of stuff so Mom can hold a yard sale. All in all we made the most of our day. I hope all of you had a blessed day as well.
