Fireworks

FFF next week is 4th of July...so you'll get those pictures then. The fourth was pretty crappy here, at least the weather was. It rained the whole day so our yearly picnic ot moved to NaNa and PapPap's house. We still had a nice time but it stunk to be stuck inside. Yesterday however was BEAUTIFUL! We spent the day helping Uncle Dave plant flowers, having dinner at NaNa and PapPap's and then going to see the fireworks in the town that my mom grew up in. And they were AWESOME!!!

All decked out in Red White and Blue for the second day...enjoying her crackers.

Also enjoying crackers at Uncle Dave's
Toby and PapPap

Lili and Daddy clapping because Toby peed (outside on the rocks...yes we have officially lost our minds, but it worked cause he's excited about the potty again)

NaNa feeding Miss Liliana

PapPap and Lili out for a stroll...she has actually taken a couple of unassisted steps here and there in the last couple of days...I'm in TROUBLE!

Waiting for the fireworks to start, we went to my Great Aunt's house to watch, she had the perfect view.

Mesmerized

Waving the red, white, and blue

Watching the finale...it was spectacular!

FFF: Shake Your Groove Thing

Today's FFF theme is Dancin and although both of my children dance...they STOP as soon as they see a camera. So there are no pictures. However I went into my archives and dug out this video of Toby playing his "juice guitar" at the Shaker in the Woods Festival in October.

(Remember to scroll down to the bottom and turn off the radio player)

You are also getting some Patriotic cuteness...

Sibling Love

One Thirsty Boy

Anyone for Fish?

Aww, cuteness!

A Silly Lili Face
All Snuggly

Playing very nicely together...he actually gets upset if she leaves the sandbox. Miracles never cease:)

Sandbox gynastics... a new olympic sport?

Toby's Silly Face

Standing all by herself (getting much closer to walking on her own, yikes!)...She was actually yelling at Toby for leaving her.

A bit distressed that the bubbles kept hitting her

Toby can I please ride too?

Coming at Mommy full force

Silly Mommy...you're funny

Doesn't he look bored? He REALLY wanted to go ride the tractor with PapPap and I told him he had to wait. Sadly he never got to ride cause he crashed after dinner.

As Tigger would say Ta Ta For Now....

Playing House

Yesterday the weather was incredibly crappy (Rainy with a high of 68...where is summer?) so I put together the puppet house. I was lucky enough a couple of weeks ago to go "shopping" at the school I taught preschool at. It is merging with two other schools and anything that wasn't the state's and they didn't need was up for sale. I ended up with quite a bit from my old preschool classroom, the puppet house being one of them. Toby helped me put it together and even though it is taking up a large chunk of my living room, the kids are having a blast.

Cooking up a mess

Here Mommy, have some corn. He kept handing me food through the window...it was very cute.

Silly cooking girl...she was beating the countertop with the spoon then eating it.

Taking a break from cooking to read...maybe he was looking up a recipe

Breakfast for dinner night.... Pancakes, fruit, and bacon.... Yummo!

Thoroughly enjoying her pancakes

After dinner Toby played "house" alittle more

Telling me he's going "outside" He liked playing so much I had to drag him away for bed. Ad they've been playing with the house all morning. Best part about it....he actually wants his sister to play too!
